Reveille Brief is operated by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use reveillebrief.com and our emails, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we never collect
- Your TSP login. We never ask for, store, or transmit your tsp.gov username, password, or two-factor codes, and we never connect to your TSP account.
- TSP account numbers or Social Security numbers.
- Your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card details.

How we use it
We use your information only to provide Reveille Brief: sending briefings, managing your account and subscription, keeping the service secure, answering questions, and meeting legal obligations. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on these companies to run the service. Each receives only what it needs:
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions. Stripe acts as the merchant of record for paid subscriptions, so it also handles sales tax, fraud prevention and disputes. Stripe's own privacy policy covers the payment information you give it.
- Supabase: our database and sign-in system.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: email delivery.
- Microsoft 365: our support mailbox.
- Anthropic: AI that helps research and draft the briefing. No personal information is sent to Anthropic; it receives only public market data and news.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address only so we can honor that choice.
- Cancel a paid subscription anytime from your Account page.
- See, correct or delete your information by emailing support@reveillebrief.com. We'll respond within [30] days. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state law. [ATTORNEY: confirm which state privacy laws apply.]
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you have a free or paid subscription. When you ask us to delete your account we remove it, except where we must keep records (for example, payment records for tax purposes) or to honor an unsubscribe.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access controls limited to what the service needs. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at support@reveillebrief.com if you notice anything wrong.
Children
Reveille Brief is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let subscribers know by email.
